Club

Club — Every pass, every tackle, every moment on the pitch matters — because you never know where football will take you.

Club — A massive shout-out to all our boys and girls who stepped up at tournaments this weekend. Brilliant effort from every team representing the club.

Club — Last night saw our Andrew Schofield Unsung Hero Award winner presented with the trophy. In Frankie's words: “Thank you so much for this award, I'm truly touched and honestly a little overwhelmed.”

Club — We are thrilled to announce that ASJFC has been awarded 3-star FA accreditation — a tremendous achievement that reflects the dedication and hard work of everyone involved in our club. It demonstrates that we have met the FA's strict guidelines across all key areas.

Club — Nail-biting, heart-stopping and absolutely thrilling. From the first whistle to the final roar, this World Cup clash had us on the edge of our seats.

Club — All kids dream of winning trophies, and trophies are nice — but they're not the real win. The real magic of grassroots football is the friends made, the muddy boots, the early kick-offs and the memories created.

Club — As the 2025/2026 ASJFC grassroots season draws to a close, it's time to reflect on a year that has tested every team, player, coach and volunteer involved.

Club — As the season draws to a close for more of our teams, we couldn't be prouder of what they've achieved. Midweek brought some incredible results across the club.

Club — Many of our teams have finished season 25/26 but we still have a few teams with games to play. This week saw more midweek games, with next week being no different.

Club — We sadly lost our club secretary Andy 'Scoff' Schofield in December 2024. Andy lived for Aston Swallownest JFC and his philosophy of football for all — nominate your unsung hero who makes the club a better place.

Club — Well, what do we have here… our new kit and sponsor! The power of partnership: Aston Swallownest JFC, Concept Bn Ltd and Joma.

Club — Easter raffle draw — 1st April, 6:00pm at Pad 12, Kelham Island. Tickets available from players, with hampers, chocolates, wine and many more prizes up for grabs.

Club — Fantastic effort, teamwork and sportsmanship all around, great weather for a change and plenty of smiles from our U8 Dragons, U8 Blues, U9 Whites and more.

Club — We are delighted to announce an agreement in principle for Concept Bn Ltd to sponsor our new home shirts for the next two seasons. More information about our new sponsor to follow.

Club — Well done to our U13s, who have made it through to the cup final, and to our U15s who unfortunately fell short but should be very proud of their achievements.

Club — From the heart of Swallownest we play, blue and red all the way. Our new club song for a season that has brought emotions, challenges, changes and plenty of weather.
